Her words just flow in both a very warm, natural way whilst at the same time being clear cut, not fluffy.  She really spoke my language, used words I have always used to describe my struggles without having told her that much, as if she is right there in your heart, reading my emotions, my fears, my hopes my strengths and highlighted things I needed to work on.

You know how you read a passage in a book, that just encompasses what you have been thinking, exploring, but you haven’t managed to quite put it together like that, but hearing it articulated in that way is very liberating. That’s what a session like her feels like. You begin to compartmentalise better in the middle of chaos. She gives a very gentle, realistic picture, allowing you to both feel empowered as well as begin to realistically outline what needs working on.
